Every batch must pass our comprehensive lab verification—covering peel strength, thickness uniformity, self-healing speed, gloss retention, and stain resistance—before we approve any roll for delivery.
We retain all quality records for complete batch traceability and audit.
From Raw Materials to Finished Rolls
Our quality system operates at three critical stages. Incoming raw materials are inspected for molecular consistency and purity before production begins. During manufacturing, we monitor adhesive coating uniformity, repair layer thickness, and real-time process stability. Finished rolls then undergo a 48-hour post-production aging period, followed by re-testing of adhesion, optical clarity, tensile strength, and hydrolysis resistance to confirm long-term durability.
All test data is documented with full batch traceability. Our quality team performs final reviews, and only rolls meeting every specification are released. This systematic approach ensures every shipment maintains consistent, premium-grade performance that our customers rely on.
